A newly installed state level GM was lacking confidence to deal with a range of organisational and industrial relations issues affecting the business. He identified coaching as the most effective way to quickly develop a more strategic mindset.
GPI undertook a capability audit with the GM to identify personal strengths and weaknesses, and to establish goals that would enhance his ability to think and act strategically.
As a result of the audit, we implemented a coaching program with strategies to develop and build confidence and leadership skills, in addition to focusing on strategic and Industrial issues that would create sustainable growth.
